- AТетяна СиваківськаNov 21, 20251.0Extremely disappointing experience — poor service, misleading sales, and no working internet I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Three’s 5G Broadband. I brought the hub home only yesterday. In the evening the internet already dropped once, but after restarting the device it worked again. This morning, however, the hub showed a green light but I had no connection at all — and the internet has still not worked since. I spent over one hour in the online support chat. I was transferred between three different agents, and each time I had to repeat my email and verify my identity from the beginning. Despite all this, the problem was never resolved, and I was left without internet at home. What made the situation even more disappointing was my experience in the store. The staff member tried to sell me an additional mobile contract — without even asking whether I needed it. He spent around 10 minutes discussing how to cancel my existing Vodafone plan, even though I clearly said I was happy with it. He then told me that £18/month for the 5G hub was an “Early Black Friday deal, only for me”. However, today I discovered that Three is offering £15/month + a £40 gift card, which means the information I was given in the store was misleading and not accurate. Overall, the combination of: • no working internet, • unhelpful and repetitive customer support, • pressure selling in store, • and incorrect information about Black Friday deals, has left me extremely disappointed. I will be returning the device and cancelling within the cooling-off period, as neither the service nor the product meets the basic expectations of reliability and honesty.
