  Exceptional Care and Professionalism. I cannot express enough gratitude to Richard and Shannon Jenkins Funeral Directors. RSJ handled the arrangements with the utmost professionalism and compassion. This is the third time our family have used RSJ and would not hesitate in recommending them. A special mention to Claire Bennett, Celebrant, who gently guided us through all the necessary details and listened to our wishes and went above and beyond to ensure the service celebrated our Brothers life . Claire conducted the service with the utmost professionalism and compassion , we truly appreciated her kindness at a most difficult and sad time.

  I would like to share my experience and my sincere appreciation for Richard & Shannon Jenkins and, in particular, the celebrant, Clare Bennett, who conducted my late brother’s funeral. Arranging a funeral is an incredibly difficult and emotional responsibility, especially when there are complicated family circumstances involved. Throughout the whole process, Richard & Shannon Jenkins were compassionate, professional, respectful and extremely helpful. They guided me through everything with great care and understanding at a very difficult time. I would especially like to commend Clare Bennett. I honestly could not have asked for anyone better to conduct my brother’s funeral. Clare took the time to listen, understand my brother as a person, and make the service personal, meaningful and truly reflective of him. Her compassion, sensitivity and professionalism were evident throughout. She handled an incredibly difficult occasion with warmth, dignity and genuine care. The service she delivered was beautiful, and I felt that she treated my brother and his memory with the utmost respect. Clare went above and beyond to make an incredibly painful day as meaningful and dignified as possible. Her kindness and understanding meant so much to me and my family, and I will always be grateful to her. I would wholeheartedly recommend Richard & Shannon Jenkins to anyone who finds themselves having to arrange a funeral. They provided an excellent service from start to finish, and Clare deserves particular recognition for the exceptional compassion, professionalism and care she showed throughout.

  Young Richard dealt with my mother’s funeral in a very professional and caring manner. Nothing was too much at such a difficult time for myself and my family for which we are thankful. Clare the celebrant who Shannon recommended conducted my mother’s funeral she was amazing and perfect, thank you Clare ❤️

  Richard & Shannon Jenkins are the best funeral directors going. They go above and beyond and they’re helpful in every way. Everything is done with care and compassion. We as a family wouldn’t use anyone else. We used the celebrant Clare Bennett, who is extremely professional at her job. She makes sure every story is amazingly told about your loved one.

  From start to finish, RSJ Funeral Directors were absolutely amazing. ❤️ Everything felt so overwhelming for us at first, but from the moment we met Shannon, she was so kind, patient and supportive. She took the time to explain everything to us and guided us through the whole process, making what was such an incredibly difficult time that little bit easier. Thanks to Shannon and all the team at RSJ, we were able to give our dad the beautiful send-off he deserved, with so much care, dignity and respect throughout. We honestly can’t thank you enough for everything you did for our family and for looking after our dad so well. Forever grateful. Thank you from the Durrans family and friends ❤️ xx
