  I was dreading getting my fascia boards replaced due to the cost, but The Gutter Guys offered a very reasonable quote. They showed up and powered through the entire installation of new guttering and PVC fascia/soffit in a single day. The quality is top-notch and the crew was a pleasure to have around. Money well spent!

  In May 2025, I paid The Gutter Guys £1,800 to replace all of the guttering on my property. Unfortunately, I have since experienced ongoing water ingress into a bedroom and have had to instruct a roofing contractor to investigate the cause. The roofer identified a number of serious defects with the gutter installation. The guttering had been installed with no fall whatsoever, meaning water could not flow correctly towards the outlets. The brackets were fitted at inconsistent heights along the entire run, causing water to pool and sit in the gutter rather than drain away as intended. In addition, a union joint had not been clipped together correctly underneath, which allowed water to escape over a prolonged period. As a result, water has been penetrating the structure over time and has caused severe rot to the fascia and timber behind the guttering, to the point where parts of it have effectively disintegrated. EDIT - Callum has since been out and had a look at this for me and it's only fair I update the review. I went up and took some videos and pictures and it turns out the gutters were blocked with cement from previous roofing jobs we'd had done (we can't pin point the exact roofer) and bits had been snapped off where somebody may have stood on them. He has repaired the gutter for me and explained everything to me and given me some useful advice. So, to summarise, I am happy with the after service provided and nice to have confidence that if anything else goes wrong that they will come out and fix it ASAP.

  We had a quick reply from Peter. The job was done on the arranged date/time, friendly and helpful lads, came back to adjust and check everything was in working order, nothing too much trouble, would highly recommend.

  We have been using The Gutter-Guys for years now, we used them for gutters facia's and soffets on our detached house, we opted for the better quality materials than the ones we were shown by another company, and total bill came in less theirs anyway, we wouldnt hesitate to uuse them again Thanks guys!

  Highly recommend this company Had them out to do the back gutters on my terrace house. So happy with job got them back out to do the front too. Had a visit within the week of calling to get a quote. With a small deposit I got a date they would be fitted. Text the day before with a time. No issues at all, friendly and professional throughout. Very happy customer 😀
