  Fabulous experience, we love the bathroom units we bought. The Team were really helpful, gave us excellent advice and communication was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Bathrooms Liverpool.

  Let themselves down with their pathetic returns policy, which actually is a restocking charge of 40% don't blink I did say 40%. It must be the only company that doesn't have a 30 day returns policy.(I had it for 26 days) A feeble excuse that I'd opened it. With that in mind it points me to shop in one of the bigger suppliers who would've given me a full refund. I won't be going back. You have been warned.

  Poor quality products that don't last. Not so much the main items like cabinets, sink, toilet (so far) but things like handles and taps. The handles on my cabinet were rusty and flaking off plastic stuff within a year of being in a very well ventilated bathroom. Cheap and nasty. The mixer tap has pimples all over the surface, which is indicative of a manufacturing fault. I have phoned the store repeatedly - no answer. I have emailed - no reply. Quality of products and service not good.

  Great customer service. Very helpful and friendly owner, who takes the time to work through the design of your bathroom with you by drawing it out to scale on the floor. Picked up that I'd underestimated the space needed for the WC. Excellent value. Note that the Google pin on maps is not always in the right place. The showroom is on the main road facing front of the building. Follow the pink duck!
