  Fabulous experience, we love the bathroom units we bought. The Team were really helpful, gave us excellent advice and communication was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Bathrooms Liverpool.

  Let themselves down with their pathetic returns policy, which actually is a restocking charge of 40% don't blink I did say 40%. It must be the only company that doesn't have a 30 day returns policy.(I had it for 26 days) A feeble excuse that I'd opened it. With that in mind it points me to shop in one of the bigger suppliers who would've given me a full refund. I won't be going back. You have been warned.

  Excellent range, price & service. Dealt with Kev & Makala, both friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Great advice & efficient processing of estimate, order and after sales return of unused materials. Recommended a fitter, who was also brilliant & coordinated everything we needed from start to finish. We are so pleased with the end result. Highly recommend this place & we looked at many alternatives before deciding to go with Bathrooms Liverpool 😁

  FANTASTIC! EVERYTHING! The choice of products, the advice (which was much appreciated as there is soooo much choice out there it can become overwhelming!), the swift delivery, the price .... everything! I've been into the shop multiple times when trying to plan my bathroom. I have been helped by both Tony and Kev and both are brilliant to deal with. They absolutely know their stuff! Being indecisive I was ready to give up but their guidance helped me make decisions in time for my fitter coming in. And they have most items on site so delivery is super fast! (Also a really lovely delivery driver!). Who'd have thought that I'd even have such a laugh picking a bathroom. 😆 These guys are great! Fantastic customer service! For those couple of rubbish reviews here, there are always a few moaners who will never be happy. I'd say the problem is more with those individuals, as look at the bulk of amazing reviews. You won't go wrong going to visit Tony & Kev when buying your bathroom. I'm delighted with my choices. Can't wait to see them fitted now. Thanks both! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
