  We bought faulty AirPods Pro 3. We returned to lodge a warranty claim using our card payment statement as proof of purchase, which is standard practice across the UK and at Apple. A staff member named Rina flatly refused to accept the claim without a printed paper receipt(?!) When we cited UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), we were met with further excuses: we were told the Genius Bar was at capacity and that no manager was available as they are all in meetings. After pushing back, a supposed manager named Nick appeared, who repeated the same false information, completely ignoring the legal guidelines we showed him on screen and perpetuating the lie that we needed a physical printed receipt. When we had previously claimed warranty on equipment in Poland, Asia or USA, they didn't even need any proof because every device has its own serial number and staff can see the warranty period. The issue was only resolved because we called the official Apple Support helpline while standing right in the store. The support agents were shocked by the store’s conduct. Only after an official email intervention from Apple Support was the situation handled properly by a senior staff member, Anthony, who professionally and suddenly replaced the faulty product with a new one with no issue, and it turned out to be possible without a physical receipt. Had this happened to someone less persistent or unaware of their legal rights, they would have been turned away empty-handed. The behavior of Rina and Nick was a disgraceful attempt to mislead customers. A formal complaint has been escalated to head office. This cannot stand.

  Just wanted to say Jaena gave 5 star customer service yesterday and was very helpful with the purchase of a gorgeous phone case for my sisters iPhone 17. Even showed me the benefits of upgrading to iPhone 17 pro max (which I have already done) She made our day ♥️

  Bad customer service. No respect for customers. I was put on a 6-hour waiting list with no proper explanation or concern for my time. This experience was completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I expected much better from Apple.

  The quality of the products has become terrible and isn't worth the money. I was planning to buy an iPhone and another iPad Pro—this time the 13-inch model—but not anymore. I don't want to throw my money away. I'll look for Android options instead.
