  Went in to get a phone dealt with as we were having problems, its the third time we have had to try and get it sorted. The person serving us was lovely and really helpful, then to discuss potential financial compensation i was to speak to the manager who not only tried to not only lay blame on us but proceeded to imply we were lying about information he had access to finding out about but he managed to escalate it into a verbal altercation! Literally the only time ive had a shop manager start a verbal fight with me over trying to deal with a faulty item thats still in contract!!!

  My mum accidentally put her phone in washing machine went to tesco young girl said she had lost everything on phone, had phone insured so mum got new one went back and luckily had the manager he was able to get everything off my mum phone photos, WhatsApp messages. I went for a upgrade unfortunately the manager wasn't there got another young girl she struggled picking up the little metal key to open side of phone and even struggled holding the phone as she had stupid long fake nails on. She transferred everything over to new phone (which every phone myself and members of my family have done since our first phones with no problems) I always back everything up but she lost all my WhatsApp photos. If you go just make sure you go to the bloke (the manager I think) he knows what he's doing, its worth waiting till hes in, he has manners not got a chip on his shoulders. Not gonna drop your phone because he's wearing fake nails.
