Edit due to response:
Thank you for your response, I feel as though by calling your office all I would achieve would be a tennis match of he said she said, the driver would swear blind they're right and I would swear blind that I am right and would end with you saying "We'll sort it with the driver" and me deleting the review and the general public being unaware of the type of person who may be turning up to complete some work for them. The incident in question isn't about the "proof or context" it is based purely on my experience with your brand, hence why this is the perfect place to highlight that to the public and asking me (albeit very politely) to delete the review would not make people aware of the negative interaction I had. I believe that my opening statement mentioning that I cannot speak for the quality of work as I have not used your services should be enough to make the public realise that they shouldn't choose to avoid you based on this review alone for any installation work and I can clearly see that you have plenty of positive reviews on various different sites stating the quality of your work, however it may make them reconsider based on the interaction mentioned. Perhaps some training to the drivers on representing the company in signmarked vehicles would be a good option. Sadly I didn't note the registration number, I only have a slightly blurry picture as I wanted to take one to ensure that I was leaving the review in the correct place, of course I verified this before leaving the review as I understand a false review to a company can be damaging, I am in this case confident that I am correct.
Not a review based on the quality of their work, more so the experience I had with their company representatives. I had an incident on the road with one of their signmarked vans and the driver did not represent their company very well at all.
The gestures from their driver in a van clearly displaying the company branding does not give me a good impression of this business.
