my mum came in here as she’s wanted to change phone provider to tesco mobile, because it’s much cheaper and i’m able to share my SIM only discount with her. i’d have sorted it out with her myself but i live in a different part of the country. she said the two girls working here were very patient with her and got everything sorted. happy customer! thank you!

Absolutely useless customer service, went to purchase an item and she was too busy playing on her phone to offer any help, then she tried saying something I wanted wasn't on offer anymore when it clearly was. Sorry Tesco mobile you just lost yourself a returning customer I will keep my 5 other ending contracts with three
