Sharing this review on behalf of family. Tesco mobile is unhelpful in resolving mobile phone issues when it is concerning the elderly in vulnerable health who requires family assistance in everyday tasks. Visited in store and told to phone the customer care helpline which we did, however after being on the phone multiple times on hours on end, the problem was still not resolved and felt like there was a lack of empathy and urgency to help. Will likely not be using this service again and will look elsewhere for a company who has more compassion for their customers. It may be ideal to retrain staff on how to address issues as we believe our situation was not addressed in a correct manner or with the best help possible.

Having recently upgraded my phone, the transfer failed to include my email. Went into store today and sat down with a staff member who quietly worked her "magic" and solved the problem in about 15 minutes. She was polite, friendly and professional. A relief to get the problem resolved- thank you 😊

CHARLIE assisted my father efficiently to fix his approximately 1 year old Nokia phone purchased at this store) . She cheerfully explained the cause of the problem and, taking into account the urgency of the situation, also took the time to add needed contacts. VERY EXCELLENT & APPRECIATED customer service

I always go to Tesco for my phone. They don't try to sell you the most expensive model. They meet the needs of the individual . I'm very pleased with my new phone.
