We had temporary summer storage for our daughter during the summer holidays before returning to University. Chantelle was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, especially with the multiple changes we were making! I would recommend without hesitation.

We chose this storage facility for the convenience it offered while moving home. When we were faced with last minute changes, Chantelle went above and beyond to make sure we had both a storage unit and a van available. The service was professional, friendly, flexible and incredibly accommodating throughout. The storage unit was clean, secure and easy to access. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, first-class storage services.

Everything was absolutely great from start to finish. Any time we called, someone picked up quickly and was really helpful, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. The van was sorted with no issues at all and everything was ready when we needed it, which we really appreciated. The storage unit itself was also in pristine condition - clean, secure, and exactly as described. It gave us real peace of mind knowing everything was well looked after. Overall, we’ve been really impressed with the service and how smoothly everything was handled. It made what could have been a stressful time feel very straightforward. We would highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future. Thank you! Mark and Sarah
