  We chose this storage facility for the convenience it offered while moving home. When we were faced with last minute changes, Chantelle went above and beyond to make sure we had both a storage unit and a van available. The service was professional, friendly, flexible and incredibly accommodating throughout. The storage unit was clean, secure and easy to access. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, first-class storage services.

  Everything was absolutely great from start to finish. Any time we called, someone picked up quickly and was really helpful, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. The van was sorted with no issues at all and everything was ready when we needed it, which we really appreciated. The storage unit itself was also in pristine condition - clean, secure, and exactly as described. It gave us real peace of mind knowing everything was well looked after. Overall, we’ve been really impressed with the service and how smoothly everything was handled. It made what could have been a stressful time feel very straightforward.   I can’t speak highly enough of the experience I had with Selfstore 24-7 Lincoln. Communication was exceptional from the initial enquiry right through to the end of the process. Chantelle, our main point of contact, was honest, transparent, and refreshingly straightforward throughout. The whole experience was easy and accommodating. No hidden fees, no confusing small print, and no hassle. Having 24/7 access was incredibly convenient, and the free day of van hire was a huge help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.

  Excellent service at a great price. Store available 24/7. Prompt reimbursement and settling account on cessation of contract. Staff (Chantelle) very helpful and efficient.
