  I reviewed this Company about four years ago when they installed two Proglide Electric Roller Shutter Doors. Craig and Alan removed existing doors and installed new. Fantastic job, no stress, no mess and an excellent price. Five year warranty. I knew any problems, Mark would resolve them. I have just come on here to update my review to find, for some obscure reason, Google did not publish it! So, I have redone my review and now wish to update:- I rang Mark this morning, 8th June 26 to tell him I had a problem. My spare fob, for Door1, would not working despite my just having a new battery fitted. He has just been, within an hour of my phone call, determined fob was faulty, replaced and activated with a new fob. He said “if I had any problems, just to call him and he would be here”. What a great service from a lovely man. So glad I chose Proglide.
