  After some confusion on my part about the location and hours, I was able to connect with Chris live and in person to set up my rental for the next day. He had my bike waiting for me, adjusted it to fit my frame and helped advise me on local rules and routes. If I’m back in Lincoln, I’ll rent a bike from him again.

  Thanks to Chris for all his help and patience. I was after a fold up bike which would enable me to use public transport and get around. Due to living isolated and temporarily unable to drive, it was a necessity and not just a luxury. Estarli did keep letting us down by continuously moving the goal posts but Chris went out of his way to bring me the demo bike at the weekends in the delay period. This meant travelling back and fourth to bring it over to us as he needed it during the week for demonstrations. I'd say Chris went above and beyond. Chris is knowledgeable and conscientious and it made the wait much easier knowing I had something to get me around inbetween. The bikes are assembled with his mechanic and checked over so you never receive a bike in parts nor do you receive anything damaged as they are all checked over prior to delivery. Chris was always easily contactable and quick to respond. By some miracle he never made me feel like a nuisance hahahah. Chris also advised and supplied a great wearable lock. I will most certainly use this company again when I eventually buy a full size (non folding) ebike. Better service than other online retailers who do not take the same care. Thank you. Highly recommend.

  I recently bought my e-bike from this shop and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Chris was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Once I explained how I planned to use the bike, he gave brilliant advice and guided me towards the right options without any pressure. I spent almost an entire morning test riding four or five different bikes with him, which was absolutely superb and made such a difference in helping me make the right decision. In the end, I chose a bike I never thought I would go for, but I’m thoroughly pleased with it and couldn’t be happier with the recommendation. The bike was ordered and arrived within a couple of weeks, exactly as promised. Fantastic service, great knowledge, and a genuinely enjoyable experience throughout. I’m already looking forward to popping back in for the free 100-mile service.
