  Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Paul was quick to diagnose the fault with my oven, provided a competitive quote in advance which was the amount I paid, and provided a 12 month warranty on the part which he replaced. Highly recommended, I'll definitely use Paul's services again. Many thanks Paul.
