  Overcharging for the issues that are not really issues. Please avoid this company. They charge you extremely high.

  Was on the way to the local tip with family, only to find out this company felt they were more important than everyone else and blocked the entrance to the tip for everyone. Atrocious display of selfish behaviour from the company - who made them judge and jury? I live next to a main road with a level crossing, you don't see me blocking it because I don't like the queues!

  I recently sold a house which firstly needed a drainage survey, and then subsequently a new septic tank installation. Drain Wise were recommended to me by my estate agent. I had to arrange all the work remotely, so relied on Drain Wise doing all the work without me being there. All the work was completed professionally and to a high standard. I would particularly like to thank Taya , who was very helpful and patient in answering and progressing a number of queries that we had through the process.

  Absolutely outstanding service. The team replaced my old leaking 25 metre lead water supply pipe in just one day, with the minimum of disruption. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Very happy with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done.
