  Huge thanks to Paul at Dixons for fixing my new glasses after I accidentally sat on them!! I honestly thought that I was going to be ordering new frames as they were so bad Amazing customer service from Marta who helped me today & all the lovely staff who go out of their way to give the best service as always Excellent store, staff, products & it really is second to none Many thanks again to you all it really is a pleasure to visit every time Cheryl

  Fabulous ‘within the hour’ service for new reading specs which I’d mistakenly left at home. Friendly and helpful staff in Lincoln who literally saved me a 6 hour round trip back to Windsor to collect them! Thank you so much x

  Service / Treatment that was nothing short of excellent. Both my wife & I agreed that there wasn’t a single thing we could find fault with, hoped would have been better etc. We had eye exams on the same day, the prescriptions were of course different (I’m short sighted while she is long sighted) so perhaps a difference may have been expected but no, from walking in to being helped to choose frames - just a wonderful interaction with all the people at Dixons Opticians. Then when it came to collecting them (a week later which shows that the manufacturing speed was just as impressive as the in store service) we again met smashing people who ensured the fit was spot on. Thank you to all of the people involved. We couldn’t be happier.
