  I came into the Grantham store to query about getting an upgrade, Ryan was really friendly and helpful in the whole process. He was really informative and patient and answered all my questions! Definitely easier to come in store as opposed to online and would recommend! Thank you for all your help! 😁

  Worst service ever, spoke to like a piece of crap not like a human being made extra work for the customer due to the id having a different address, tried to help and got treat worse when trying to solve issue. Had to have extra security check due to personal issues and got told to come back because it took too long( after they made me drive back for ID which was an hour) and then had to leave without a working phone and got told to try online when I couldn’t with a broken phone. Chris should not work there and after reading other reviews other people feel the same way !!

  Good selection with decent prices but the staff are terrible. I asked a question about a product and the employee just laughed at me before answering the question I asked about the product that they were trying to sell. Was a shocking experience but a decent store

  Awful customer service. Chris and Craig need to both leave the business before their arrogance and rudeness damage the reputation of the business further.

  My grandma phoned up to get a replacement SIM card for my phone as it was faulty, when asked for ID, the young man on the phone shouted at her just because she doesn't have a driving licence or a valid passport as he requested for appropriate ID to get replacement SIM. Now have to wait upto 3 working days without a working phone! Unless you want to get shouted at, don't go to this store!
