  Good selection with decent prices but the staff are terrible. I asked a question about a product and the employee just laughed at me before answering the question I asked about the product that they were trying to sell. Was a shocking experience but a decent store

  Awful customer service. Chris and Craig need to both leave the business before their arrogance and rudeness damage the reputation of the business further.

  I’ve experienced absolutely unpleasant experience going in Three lately! Assistant Manager named Craig behaviour was rude towards my husband! Firstly, he showed absolutely no signs of interest of helping us with change our monthly plan, he couldn’t even tried to answer our questions. I felt so disrespected by his actions and we decided to try EE plans instead and after that he just throw my husband’s ID on the table with disrespect! Awful service…

  Chris was very helpful, went above and beyond with the service. Polite and welcoming. Helped with better deals and offers available online. Great face to face interaction.

  Friendly staff were very helpful to my needs. Plenty of choice of handsets and contracts. A pleasant experience overall
