  This shop has always been a staple for anything you need, from obscure technological tidbits to full, latest consoles and phones. I went in today for a male USB-A to female USB-C adapter and they had it behind the counter, but as it wasn't on the shelves, they threw it in for free. They're happy to help with whatever you need, but the one thing that stops me from giving it a full five stars is that the pricing can be a little steep, which I am fully aware is a touch ironic given my previous point of praise. This is only relevant because CeX doesn't actually pay you very much for traded-in hardware, and so the justification for near-retail pricing can seem to come out of thin air. But all in all, this particular shop in Grantham is very helpful and the staff are knowledgable in their trade, and so I rate this a firm 4.4 stars (4 for simplicity). Edit: I think 5 stars is fairer in retrospect. I suppose, as for pricing, they do have expenses that go beyond stock, such as wages for staff and high street rent.

  AMAZING SERVICE!!! Thank you so much Kiera & Natasha!! Came in today with my autistic brother and exchanged some consoles and loads of games for a Nintendo Switch 2! They were both fantastic and very patient with us deciding which Switch to get lol. Thanks again, we will definitely be coming back! :) 5 stars 🌟 xx
