  I would of left more stars if it allowed me to! Vinny is absolutely incredible. Not just his level/standard of work but the service he provides is quite literally the best!!! I had quotes off other plumbers, they took ages to reply, I had to chase etc. Then I was given Vinnys number by a friend and he came the next day, quoted me for the work required and came back that afternoon and completed the work too! Thank you, very much!!! 🏆 🌟 💎

  Should have been here to service my boiler between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.. I received a text message saying that they'd be here between 12:00 and 12:30 p.m.. they never turned up and they never contacted me absolutely appalling. Home serve whom I have my cover with was put on hold by this company for almost 30 minutes to the point where she just had to hang up as I was waiting on chat. Avoid like the plague

  Put in a new toilet and wash hand basin. Half tiled wall and tiled floor. Have only just managed to remove sealant from floor and took ages to remove surplus grouting from wall tiles. Some grouting missing, border not finished off at corners and a bit rough. Has left a gap round soil pipe and toilet rocks. But at least it doesn’t leak any more. Have taken photos to back this up and had to get my neighbor in to help me as I was so upset and will have to get some one else in to put things right.

  Good professional service at a very reasonable price. Vince did a number of gas safety certificates for me and I was very pleased with the service and will be a retuning customer
