  My Son Ben passed away August 2023 ,Kent’s made his Memorial Stone exactly as asked and recently I called them again as Ben had a tattoo on the edge of one of his hands showing his love of music , unfortunately I was denied having this on his memorial stone so I asked if Michael could do a plaque for me depicting the tattoo, my word I wasn’t disappointed, it was spot on . The customer service from Mel and Michael are second to none , they listen and take great care to make sure everything is perfect and it’s done with great compassion. I now have a beautiful plaque in my garden that is under a Rose that my work purchased for me when Ben passed away . I highly recommend this company.

  Amazing service and craftsmanship. Thankyou so much for adding my Dad onto the headstone so quickly. It was the last piece in the puzzle and so good to know everything is now done for our parents.
