  Ive never actually been a paying customer, this gentleman talked himself out a job! Rang up with an issue on my heating. He explained he's very very busy with several weeks wait so instead talked me through how to get it working myself. What this demonstrates is honesty and integrity in his craft. Full recommend based on these traits alone!
