Begrudgingly giving two stars for the overall experience with David.
To be clear and upfront, the report itself was of good enough quality (not having seen others, i cant compare to anything) but the overall difficulty in actually getting anything out of David has caused far more stress and delay than it should have.
David was very quick to attend the site, but from that point was utterly unreachable. After waiting out the several business days post his physical survey for news on the report, we began trying to contact him. Not a single call was answered, or voicemail returned over the course of more than a full week. No emails were replied to.
At this point, as it was actively delaying us from being able to proceed, we had to physically attend this address (i assume his personal residence) to hear from him. We were told that the report was complete and it would emailed the next business day.
On the evening after the second business day after, the report was finally sent through.
If even a single call or email had been returned, or even a "sorry, its really busy right now" when speaking face to face, or in the email containing the report had been received, it would make the whole situation feel different.
Attached are logs of me attempting to reach out, not included are the calls from my partner who has been the actual one in contact with David.
After this experience, I am unable to recommend this business to anyone.
