  David did a very professional and thorough survey of my future purchase. I would highly recommend his services to anyone purchasing a new home. He has given me complete confidence on all aspects of the condition and work that is needed to update my new purchase. An added bonus to his service is a hard copy of the survey posted out to me as well as an online copy for me to download.

  I can not express how disappointed I am with David Beaumont. After our initial conversation, I was more than happy to proceed in using his services and agreed this with a letter of engagement. However, since this initial contact I haven't heard from him since. I have tried to contact him on numerous occasions via phone and email over the past 2 months, which have all been ignored. AVOID!

  Begrudgingly giving two stars for the overall experience with David. To be clear and upfront, the report itself was of good enough quality (not having seen others, i cant compare to anything) but the overall difficulty in actually getting anything out of David has caused far more stress and delay than it should have. David was very quick to attend the site, but from that point was utterly unreachable. After waiting out the several business days post his physical survey for news on the report, we began trying to contact him. Not a single call was answered, or voicemail returned over the course of more than a full week. No emails were replied to. At this point, as it was actively delaying us from being able to proceed, we had to physically attend this address (i assume his personal residence) to hear from him. We were told that the report was complete and it would emailed the next business day. On the evening after the second business day after, the report was finally sent through. If even a single call or email had been returned, or even a "sorry, its really busy right now" when speaking face to face, or in the email containing the report had been received, it would make the whole situation feel different. Attached are logs of me attempting to reach out, not included are the calls from my partner who has been the actual one in contact with David. After this experience, I am unable to recommend this business to anyone.

  We had a survey done in August last year which didnt pick up some very significant damp ingress which is now costing thousands to repair. No response when we contacted David for advice following the survey which suggested there was no problem with damp at the property. *UPDATE* Following the review David did return and offered us advice about the issue and although it will need work it is not as serious as we first thought.
