  I can not thank Easyste enough for fitting a Stair Lift so quickly. My 90 yr old father was due to come out of hospital after several falls. Afte my initial call they came out and fitted it within 72 hours which took a load off my mind. They fitted it within 1 hr showed us how to us it, the workmanship, professionalism was fantastic I Highly recommend this company Thank you so much

  Wow, Wow and Wow again! What an incredible company. I cannot recommend this company enough! We had one of their stairlifts installed at my parent’s house when my dad was diagnosed with Kidney failure, they were a pleasure to deal with. We agreed on an install and hire as the outcome for Dad’s condition was not good. They turned up early and installed the stairlift without any issues whatsoever. The engineer even went over and above the call of service by removing a handrail and storing this in their garage in a very difficult place to access. Sadly, my dad passed, and it was time to have the stairlift uplifted as mum can manage stairs with no problem even at 85 and riddled with arthritis! However, the night before they were to arrive to remove the stairlift mum had a fall due to stress and we spent the whole night in A&E, mum damaged her hand meaning she could now not carry anything up and down the stairs and so I phoned the office at 9am when they open, (the stairlift was being uplifted by their engineer between 9am -11am) to ask if we could hold on to the stairlift for a few months, even though their engineer was booked and on his way. Sally was wonderful in what is a difficult time and said yep, no problem I will contact the engineer and get him to turn around. There was never a mention of charging us for mileage or call out. Overall, Great service, Great equipment, Great prices and I have to say again GREAT SERVICE. Thank you, Sally, for everything.

  OUTSTANDING. Did an amazing job for my Mum over the last 3 years. Don't be put off that they're half the price of Stannah, Sally and the team are brilliant and thanks to them gave Mum independence and a happier end to her life. Only 1 problem in 3 years which was fixed quickly. Highly recommend them and avoid paying crazy prices to the alternatives! They're just as good. Thanks again Easystep.
