  Customer service is non-existent. AVOID. I called here to get prices for a large event I have coming up, and I was told that they don't provide prices on the phone and I should come in and see for myself. Which is fine and I understand that but what I don't get is that the guy then proceeded to put the phone down without me even getting a word in! Seriously, who does that to a customer who hasn't even had the chance to respond? Where is the customer service? Non-existent and rude, that's what that is! Clearly you don't need my business and I am quite happy to take it someplace else where I am more valued.

  This place is totally untrustworthy ! It was recommended to me by a friend for affordable prices. Went to buy a roll of bubble wrap ( 100 meters ) and ,not knowing or having googled before, was charged 20something pounds while they go on eBay for around 6 ! Still have the receipt and laugh ... with it. When I showed it to the friend they said that when THEY buy it they pay around 6 pounds ! We joked that this happened because I am a white European guy and my friend is Indian, the prices vary ... So , either TOO expensive, or dodgy selling policy. Avoid.
