    Just purchased an Apple MacBook Neo for my mum to replace her old Windows laptop, and Alex at the Leicester branch was absolutely phenomenal. Forget the company - this review is about him. You could instantly tell he was smart, knowledgeable, and genuinely understood what he was talking about. Nothing felt scripted or forced, it all came across naturally and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Most importantly, he made my mum feel completely at ease switching from Windows to Mac which I really appreciated. That kind of service stands out because it’s rare. Give the man a pay rise

    Every time I’ve been into this store, someone comes to help you immediately. Then they will take as much time as you need to sort whatever. I am pretty clueless but the staff only ever help me so nicely. Many thanks.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Apple Store in Highcross, Leicester. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional and poorly handled. The initial interaction set the tone — there was no welcoming attitude, and the staff came across as dismissive. Communication was limited, unclear, and at times unhelpful. What I found particularly concerning was the lack of proper escalation or ownership of the issue, despite the delays and ongoing problems. Even more distressing was the tone used during interactions. At times, it felt sarcastic and lacking in respect, which made the experience uncomfortable. I am unsure whether this reflects a broader issue in customer service standards or something more concerning, but it certainly did not feel appropriate. Additionally, the advice I received was not reassuring — I was even asked to cancel my AppleCare, which raised serious questions about the quality and integrity of the guidance provided. Overall, the experience was inefficient, poorly communicated, and far below what I would expect from Apple. Unfortunately, this has significantly impacted my confidence in the brand, and I would think twice before purchasing Apple products again if it means encountering this level of service.
