  Great service from Sean. Excellent communication, prompt to reply clean and tidy and was kept in the loop at all times. I will definitely recommend him to friends and will use him in the future if the need arrives

  Sean and crew arrived on time and were very efficient and courteous throughout. Got the job done quickly and left no mess. Will use again should I need anything to do with the roof etc. Well done guys 👍

  Sean and his colleagues did an excellent job on our ridge tiles and repointing the chimney. Service was speedy and Sean's knowledge was invaluable. All waste was taken away. Would certainly recommend Toptier if you need any roof work doing. Peter Hind 2/4/26.

  TopTier Roofing came out swiftly to my emergency repair on my roof, and sorted it out straight away and left me with a 20 year warranty. Lovely work from Sean and his team, if you was to get any roofing work done I strongly recommend TopTier Roofing.
