  There was a curly haired employee with glass which served me, where he took 40 minuets to book in 5 items, he didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about what was being traded in (it was basic pc parts ram, cpu, etc). He didn't seem like he wanted to be there / friendly or even tried to be. The manager had to also help him and he also seemed quite unknowledgeable about the parts and very passive aggressive. I did help them and tell them what the parts were however. Normally I have a good experience with the store so it is a little disappointing.

  I always enjoy visiting the Hinckley CeX. Staff are helpful, prices are on-par with other CeX and the shop is tidy and well laid out. Will visit again.

  Use to come here quite a bit but noticed a certain staff member, think they were higher than the sales assistant job role? Being very rude to their staff and quite offputting to witness sadly

  Good in store With all texts if advertised on their site and you phone to check, make sure they do have it. Journeys to local and out of town ones after calling and no games in boxes etc, soundbars not there. I bought an alexa from them and it arrived broken and power point inside broken. No refund even after sending pictures of packaging. Counting it as a loss.
