  I took my dog to this dog service last sunday, and explained all the details for the lady, I asked her not to cut it too short, but I shocked when saw my puppy after groom, I saw the ugliest version of my puppy after 15 month. She cut his hair as much as possible. I even don't like to look at my puppy, while it took more than two hours! I rang her after 2 hours and she said she needs 10 min more, I waited at my car in front of the dog service, and she charged me £55! She said normally we charge £45, but yours is £55 cause his hair was long. They should say this at the beginning and also i asked her don't cut his hair too short. VERY unreliable service.I'm soooooo sad with their BAD service. Not recommend at all.

  We rescued a dog around a year ago who had come from a home where she’d been hurt. Jess has been amazing at gaining her trust and being able to groom her. She doesn’t like her tail being touched but Jess is so calm and kind to her, I never have to worry about leaving her as I know that she is in safe and capable hands and she always comes out looking amazing! Would highly recommend!

  Jess is a very friendly, talented groomer. I described the cut I wanted for my 80lb Bernedoodle and she worked her magic - my dog looks amazing! I recommend her to anyone looking for a professional dog groomer.
