  Excellent service and support from start to finish. I was nervous about getting everything right for mum and dad, but it was quick, stress free and EASY! Thanks to the whole team and the lovely engineer who was patient and kind with my Dad.

  Very good. 87 yr old Mother rejected the idea of ever having a stairlift. But stairs were getting too much due to the pain and stiffness in her body so she then decided she wanted a stairlift pronto! The time from initial discussion with Easystep to the fitting of the stairlift was approx 1 week, which included emails for terms and conditions and self measurements of stairs etc. Very simple. Engineer came at time agreed, friendly and efficient, fitted the stairlift in just under 1 hour and a half. Very neat and tidy. Instructed us on how to use it etc. Very simple to use and robust. We are renting the stairlift, reasonable price. We used Easystep because Mothers sister has used them for 6-7 years and is very happy with hers.

  Easystep Stairlifts have been absolutely amazing. My Dad had been in hospital for 2 weeks waiting for a hip operation, so finding the stairs very difficult. I contacted Sally who was so helpful, she arranged for an engineer to come out the next day to my parents house and do a survey for a quote. The engineer Mark, was very efficient and helpful and gave us lots of information, all very straight forward. Sally gave us an installation date for a week, but on hearing my Dad's disability and that he was due to come out of hospital shortly she was able to rejig and got the stairlift installed for two days time, it couldn't have worked out better, the stairlift was installed in the morning and Dad came out in the afternoon and was delighted with it! Thanks you again for all your help and empathy with helping us sort this out it has been such a relief to be able to give Dad an easier access around the house, I couldn't recommend Easysteps more.

  I needed a stair lift for my sister and her husband. I filled the online forms in which was very easy, on Sunday and received a call back on Monday morning. A fixed price was agreed (so no surprise additional charges) and the stairlift was fitted on Thursday afternoon. The job was done extremely quickly and cleanly by Mark ,and thoroughly explained how to use it. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience and will not hesitate to recommend Easystep in the future
