- AБлаговестка ЗлатеваDec 23, 20245.0Visited the Loughborough store and I had the best experience ever. The advisors were really sweet and friendly, as well as knowledgeable and answered any questions I had in a patient manner. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped through the door and kept that friendliness to the very end. Would definitely go back if I ever need to.
- SWSally WarrenerApr 9, 20225.0Went in on Tuesday morning with my Ukrainian refugee. They are issuing free SIM cards for a month. Although I was the first one to approach them, all three assistants were positive, helpful and after investigation sorted us out.
- SSSteve SmithSep 25, 20185.0Have been dealing with this shop for over 10 years. Upgraded my contract in store today and they were brilliant. Professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, friendly. A truly pleasant experience. Thank you.
