  I am very disappointed with the service I received. I contacted this company to arrange a gas repair and we agreed on an appointment for Wednesday. Unfortunately, nobody arrived and there was no communication. I tried calling several times, but my calls were not answered. After eventually getting through, I was told that our appointment had been missed by mistake and that a new appointment would be arranged for today at 3:00 pm. Unfortunately, the same situation happened again — nobody arrived and my calls were ignored once more. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but failing to attend two agreed appointments without any proper communication is very unprofessional and has caused a lot of inconvenience. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

  We noticed the pressure dropped in our boiler and had no hot water, Dom talked me through a fix filling was only a temporary solution, came out next day, we had a leak that we didn't know about - from problem to fixed in less than 48 hours. Well priced, very professional, would recommend.
