Last week i came in to see what deals Cex Loughborough had on a Nintendo Switch. I was served by India who was extremely friendly and approachable. I had numerous questions around how the system works and how their 5 Year Warranty operated. She handle each question perfectly and spent nearly thirty minutes with me showing me the different levels of grading they had with their Switch items. Thank you India and to her supervisor at the time. Everything works as it should and i will definitely be coming back to purchase any games or accessories. Keep up the good work and to her managers - look after her as there isn't alot of friendly/approachable staff left in Retail in this day and age.

I wanted to buy a cheaper PlayStation 4 controller. Originally one staff member said their only options were second hand official controllers (may have been a misunderstanding) Another employee told me about cheaper replicas, decided to get the more expensive replica, had it for about 2-3 weeks and the right stick is already broken and massive stick drift with buttons being unresponsive. Poor quality product

I can see why there are other 1 star reviews, ordered and paid for an item that was collection only, took time off work, travelled 20 mile round trip arrived at 9am to find they didn't open until 9.30, the store had bought the item in wrong and wasn't what it was listed as. Just told tats it, sorry we bought it in wrong, manager not really bothered. Many thanks for wasting my time and petrol
