  The engineer that came out was Leon he was very polite and friendly. He spent quite a lot of time trying to diagnose the fault on our electric gates which I hope he has now sorted. He then serviced the gate and made a through job. I would certainly recommend this company.

  Although my gate issue hasn't quite been resolved yet because it's an intermittent fault, I wanted to leave a review for the customer service I've received so far. Katie was brilliant from the first phone call. She really listened to what I was saying rather than making me feel like I was just another call to get through. She took the time to understand the problem and kept me informed throughout. Dom visited today and was equally patient. Intermittent faults can be incredibly frustrating to diagnose, but he took the time to investigate properly rather than rushing the job. Sometimes it's not about fixing something instantly – it's about feeling listened to and knowing that people genuinely care about getting to the bottom of the problem. Thank you, Katie and Dom, for your professionalism and excellent customer service.

  These guys are great. I'm a site manager of a big secondary school and these guys were very prompt in there responses, very knowledgeable of the task at hand, and they kept me in the loop at all times. I wouldn't o anywhere else now.

  From Initial enquiry, survey, quite and installation we could not have wished for a better service and quality products along with honest up front advice and recommendations. Great company and knowledgeable and helpful engineers…. Top draw.👍👍
