Took it to the desk thinking it was discounted, it rang up as £20 and when i questioned it i saw the £10 sticker was taken off without any promt from the cashier. I was told well if its not our sticker its not the price but why put something out with a lower price on it? It was incredibly misleading and the way staff tried to say nothing and just peeled it off pretending it wasnt there. This store is a far cry from the Loughborough store which has much better selection of store and friendlier staff

Quite happy to swear to customers, eats while serving an couldn’t have a worse attitude if she tried. On this occasion I mentioned to the ‘manger’ who could not careless, either. Disgusting service. Shame when every other Cex store I use is usually very good. The young ‘lady’ should not be in a customer service role. Or, has the customer is always right skipped her training? When confronting her attitude her reaction was that mine stank, too 👌🏻
