  Unprofessional and poor customer service for repairs. Went there walk-in to replace battery for iPhone 15 Pro on Saturday middays, been told they can’t do it because apparently they’re very busy and if I book an appointment, they’ll replace it on that time. Unfortunately, they repeated similar excuse that they have phone line up for repair and can’t do it in that appointment time, even though I had prior appointment booked with them and reached there ahead of that time. Felt like they are doing a favour by doing this paid battery replacement. Avoid if possible, or go there with mindset of suffering if you don’t have any other option.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my iPhone battery replaced at the Apple Store Highcross and I was really impressed with the service. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, and the battery replacement was completed efficiently. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m very happy with the service.

  I visited yesterday to enquire about upgrading my current Apple TV. The assistance I received was unhelpful as the staff member appeared to be researching rather than providing accurate information. Subsequently, another member of staff was required to take over the task.

  Went in last week trying to get a new phone, I tried to do it online and couldn’t get the DD set up at home. Went in and eventually the 2 lads who were with me (Sorry I forgot both of your names) worked out that the IOS on my phone was that far back it wasn’t supporting the safety check on creation 🤣. They managed to put it into IOS 18.2 still didn’t work at the time but, somehow today it’s gone through 🤷‍♂️ The staff are always great here so, if you’re not sure about anything, it’s worth a visit.

  Came here from Derby, twice over a weekend, to get help to set up a iPhone 13 mini, for my 11 year old daughter, and a mac for my niece, both had been gifted by there granddad, before he passed. I have never had or used an iPhone, Or imac. And on both days made this very clear. We went in on Saturday 4th, July and again on Sunday 5th, July 26. Saturday was very good experience, the shop was reasonably busy, there was plenty of staff working, the lady we spoke to was very helpful. Setting up the mac, and helping us with the iPhone 13. Unfortunately we still had a problem with the iPhone, We came back the next day the shop, which was very busy, still plenty of staff working. The second lady we saw was unhelpful, had no idea about the process of setting up a iPhone for a child under 12, signed me up for icloud, telling me, this was the only way to set the iPhone up, before then telling me the iPhone could not be set up with my Samsung, it had to be set up with another iPhone, despite the fact I made it very clear, I didn't have an iPhone or that I had ever used an iPhone, and showing her my Samsung beforewe started! Then, she had no idea how to remove me from icloud. And tried to set me up with some technical support to phone me, which I didn't want. This would have been a 5 star review, if I was rating the Saturday 4th of July only.
