  From first contact to thank you the whole experience was 10/10 from me. Also Zac was so very helpful and kept me updated on arrival time. He also used his initiative and purchased a good value and quality tap without asking me loads of questions which was so refreshing (I’m not a Plumber lol) Zac was very polite, professional and friendly. The Work he carried out was faultless and I was really happy with the price. I will be using this company again and will definitely be referring him to all my friends, especially senior citizens and vulnerable individuals as he is as totally trustworthy, helpful and very reliable. A big thank you for a prompt stress free job. Another 10/10 for being the first tradesman everrrr that did not slate the last tradesman’s work lol. Ty Avril 😄

  AFS Plumbing and Heating were amazing! They did a brilliant job, from ordering the radiator to installing it. The whole process was completely stress-free, and they took care of everything from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the end result.   We had a drain that had become blocked outside the back door. The gents at AFS were very quick in coming out to assess the job, and where able to find the issue very quickly, which was essentially incorrect installation of a soakaway/rainwater drainage by the previous owners of the property. AFS were then able to go through realistic solutions, and we were able to work out the best and most cost effective solution for our issue. We cannot fault the service communication and finished job, would highly recommend them to anyone.
