  Five stars for Sean and the Toptier team. We needed roof repairs on a Grade II listed cottage (ridge re-bedding, chimney repointing and some tile replacement) and from quote to completion they were excellent. Sean worked out a clever walkway access rather than full scaffolding, which kept the price fair and fixed with no surprises. The team arrived on time, worked fast (all done in a day) and clearly knew their trade - lime mortar and reclaimed tiles throughout, exactly right for an old building. They were polite and respectful, kept us updated, and left everything tidy. Happy to recommend them without hesitation.

  Shaun and his team are an excellent company to hire they are super quick and efficient they gave me a fair quote and carried out the job in a reasonable amount of time if I was ever to refer a roofing company to family or friends I would happily tell them about top tier roofing 10/10 service 100% would recommend .

  From start to finish, Sean was a true professional with great communication and extremely helpful. The works carried out involved scaffolding, replacement rosemary tiles, dry verge and ridge system and repointing chimney stacks all of which were done in a timely manner with no fuss and at a great price. Neighbours are now using Toptier as they have proven to be highly trustworthy and reliable. 5 Stars from me all round.
