- JCjane clarksonAug 8, 20252.0My PS5 took 8 days to arrive at repair centre 2 hours to repair and another 7 days to post back quite a long winded process not using cex tech centre again as 15 days in the post is far to long . I have since found out that cex shop Hinckley only sends items on a Tuesday nobody told me this I was not told that I could post my PS to tech centre myself direct which would of saved time staff in cex hinckley were not very forthcoming or helpful
