  Bought a phone via cex website and unfortunately the phone was faulty, we popped into our local branch in Hinckley and we were served by Mason the manager, he is an absolute credit to Cex, he sorted out a replacement and was very knowledgeable about all things Apple … 5 star service

  There was a curly haired employee with glass which served me, where he took 40 minuets to book in 5 items, he didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about what was being traded in (it was basic pc parts ram, cpu, etc). He didn't seem like he wanted to be there / friendly or even tried to be. The manager had to also help him and he also seemed quite unknowledgeable about the parts and very passive aggressive. I did help them and tell them what the parts were however. Normally I have a good experience with the store so it is a little disappointing.

  I always enjoy visiting the Hinckley CeX. Staff are helpful, prices are on-par with other CeX and the shop is tidy and well laid out. Will visit again.
