  If you can get a lift, they're great (usually), but since the new system of letting drivers pick the fares, means they don't bother if it's not a long journey. They're only still in business because they're the only option. I've waited 45 minutes for a 5 minute trip because I can't walk that far. And I'm currently waiting for a pick up that said it was dispatched 15 minutes ago, from 6 minutes away, then cancelled, so another driver accepted, but probably won't turn up either.

  Drivers are absolutely amazing, but trying to book 1 is ridiculous. I was on hold for 15 minutes then took another 5 to actually book it. I told the phone operator exactly where to go as satnav takes you straight past where I wanted to be picked up from 40 minutes later after being told 15 minutes got a text saying they were outside and was nowhere to be seen. Will definitely be a last resort from now on...

  Cannot believe your female driver today at Heath Lane Pharmacy ,your driver refused to turn the meter of today whilst an old lady waited in a queue to collect her medication. She would have been in the queue for 2 hrs if we hadn't let her in front. I asked your driver if the meter was still on ,yes was the response, I asked why when you could see the queue, I have to make money as well. What disgrace
