  We had an issue with water ingress in the chimney and left a message with them. Firstly they replied to messages and turned up when they said they would both rare qualities in roofers/ builders. Both teams (initial survey/ work being done) were great. The team that did the work were polite, efficient and left the site clean. Definitely recommend.
