  I’m very disappointed with the service at this Three UK store. Every time I visit, the staff seem more focused on using their mobile phones than helping customers. They often appear distracted, rushed, and uninterested in providing proper assistance. It feels like customers are not a priority, as staff don’t take the time to listen or fully resolve issues. Even the store manager seems to share the same attitude, which creates an overall unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Customer service should be attentive and respectful, but that hasn’t been my experience here. I hope the store takes this seriously and improves staff behaviour and professionalism.

  I came in over a week ago to arrange coming off my mums plan onto my own. I was told to use a “triangle method” in order to keep my number - which sees dodgy. I was given wrong instructions which led to me being uncontactable and unable to contact anyone myself for over 48 hours. When returning to the shop when told to, they put a lebara SIM in, leaving me a further 24hours unable to contact anyone as it had no credit. After putting my new SIM in myself the day after (as they told me to), when I message people it still comes from an unknown number. I visited the shop for the third time in two weeks today and was told by the lady they couldn’t help me without a physical from of ID as I needed a replacement SIM. This is disgraceful given I have been without my number almost a week and I was not warned this was a possibility at the time of sale. After involving another member of staff he managed to sort the issue for me and so she was wrong & unhelpful. I then queried that I cannot access my account on the 3 app, as my email is still attached to my mums account. they told us to call customer services. We have been on the call and on live chat for over two hours and they cannot help. 3 is a joke. I seriously regret entering the contract and dealing with the white rose team.

  Me and my fiancé came to 3 to upgrade our phones, with the amazing help from Roseina. She made the experience comfortable, and speedy with all questions answered. She's a credit to your company, thank you again for your help!

  Its the worst phone service I have ever had with a. Mobile phone ,Being an elderly customer. Is very stressful, I get txts from them saying I owe them money when I don’t ,And also saying I owe them for a payment I pay by direct debit,When my contracts end ,,,they will end for good ,I a. Actually going to finish and pay for a contract I am not getting anything out of ,As I have another contract with them for the same phone ,But they didn’t tell me this when I started a new contract with them ,,,,, It’s disgusting that this firm has treated a 81 year old lDy like this
