  After more than 10 years as a loyal Three customer, I left the Leeds Trinity store feeling genuinely upset and shocked by how rude and uncaring the staff were. I am a 76-year-old woman and went into the store because I needed help converting my phone to an eSIM. I simply hoped someone would kindly guide me through the process, as it was something I was unfamiliar with. Instead, I was treated as though I was an inconvenience. The staff told me, “We’re only here to sell, we’re not here to help customers.” When I asked for help getting a PAC code, I was told to “look online.” I then asked if somebody could at least show me how to do it, and was bluntly told, “It’s not our job to show you.” I was honestly shocked at the complete lack of compassion, patience, or basic customer care shown to an elderly lady asking for help. I left feeling hurt, dismissed, and very let down after being a customer for so many years. I then went to Vodafone, where a lovely lady kindly did everything for me without hesitation. The contrast in customer service was unbelievable. I am now no longer with Three and have moved to Vodafone instead. I never expected to be treated with such indifference and disrespect by a company I had stayed loyal to for over a decade.

  I recently visited a Three store to cancel a contract I made only a few days ago. I was told at the time of signing up that if I changed my mind, I could simply come back to the store and cancel everything without any issues. However, when I returned, the staff told me they would cancel the WiFi but refused to cancel the SIM card, and instead asked me to call customer service myself. I explained that I wanted to cancel the entire contract, as I was originally informed this would be possible in-store. The situation became worse when the manager, Tamir, got involved. He spoke to me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. When I told him that this was not an appropriate way to speak to a customer—especially as a manager—he responded with comments like “Do you want my job?” and “I didn’t put a gun to your head.” This experience was extremely disappointing. I expected clear information and respectful treatment, but instead I received conflicting advice and poor customer service. I would not recommend this store based on how I was treated.
