  Awful skip company. They took payment a couple of weeks before they even turned up to exchange the skip, kept changing their mind Communication throughout was poor. Staff were rude, dismissive, and showed little respect when I raised concerns about the repeated delays. Promises were made but not kept, leaving me chasing them for updates instead of receiving the service I had already paid for. The delay caused significant inconvenience, and there were witnesses who can confirm the prolonged delays and the way the situation was handled. Overall, this company showed a lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and little regard for its customers once payment had been taken. I would not recommend them and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you expect reliable service and respectful communication.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their communication was unprofessional from start to finish, and they repeatedly delayed collecting the skip despite being paid. The lack of urgency and poor customer service caused unnecessary inconvenience. I found their approach inconsistent and they appeared to apply double standards when dealing with customers. Overall, the service fell well below my expectations. If you’re looking for a company that communicates well and honours agreed collection times, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

  We have recently hired two skips from Skelton and certainly recommend their services. Friendly, helpful sales staff and drivers. Reliable and competitively priced.
