  Stefan from SFR Plumbing & Heating Leeds is exceptional. Not only is he highly professional, but he also has a human side that is incredibly rare these days. He explains everything clearly as he works, and his experience inspires real confidence. He replies to emails straight away and even provides a WhatsApp number to arrange the work and confirm appointments. You never have to wait days, Stefan gets everything scheduled immediately. He installed an electric shower after offering me a couple of options suiting my affordability. The shower was perfectly installed. He made sure the final job was flawless, straightened a pipe that had been left crooked by a previous installer, fitted the new shower and bracket beautifully, and even filled the old holes so the wall looked immaculate again. It’s the kind of care and attention you don’t often see. Clean and tidy with no mess around. I already have more work lined up for him: a boiler inspection and switching my gas cooker to an electric one. When you find someone this good, you stay with them. I wholeheartedly recommend SFR Plumbing & Heating. Thank you, Stefan. I’m truly grateful for your work and your kindness.

  Booked to repair my boiler which was leaking. Sten offered me an appointment straight away. After repairing the leak the water pressure was low due to lack of servicing. Thanks to Stefan I now have a leak free boiler and it’s working like new. A true professional he explained the process as he repaired so I would understand what he did and why. Top notch work man thank you

  Stefan came to our rescue! Replied to my WhatsApp message promptly. I was fully informed upfront about the charges as it was Good Friday. Very happy with the service I received and thankfully no major work was required. Would happily ask you to quote for any future work required. Your messages were very polite and it was a shame that I didn’t get to meet you in person but my tenant was happy. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you, Gillian
