  Safe n Secure was 'Which Recommended' and they lived up to this. They came and inspected the old double glazing we had and there was no hard sell. Some were old but still serviceable and they gave us suggestions to maintain them. The others were replaced along with a door that had been poorly installed initially which left gouges in the plaster where the hinges rotated into the wall. A good indication of how diligent a company is, is how they respond to a problem. I found that the door was not closing properly. Within a couple of hours of me reporting this Dean had responded and tweaked the hinge settings and now it is working properly. They worked quickly and cleaned up their mess as they went along. As far as I am concerned they deserve the 5 stars and the which recommendation that they have

  The frames and glass are good but the install meh. I would not recommend this company.

  Very happy with our new composite door. Carl was very patient with the design process and helped us pick a glass feature for the door frame.

  We had 10 windows replaced by Safe n Secure. They were very friendly, did an excellent job, with minimal disruption and mess, at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
