  After a friend had recommended roofology we gave him a call and spoke with a very pleasant guy called will, we told him our concerns we had with our roof and what the problem was he came out to our address within an hour. He got up into the loft area and photographed and told us exactly what the problem was and recommended that we needed new felt as our current felt was over 40 years old it was the same felt when the house was first built. He gave us a quotation for scaffolding & all roof repairs & even included a skip so all waste was removed correctly, I could not recommend this company enough. After all roofing works was complete and scaffolding taken down and skip was removed they even came back and cleaned all dust from our windows, a top notch service and I was really happy with the price.

  We had some work done by Will & the team last year to fix a leak and install new facias. It was a nightmare getting them to turn up, the leak was not fixed, and you can judge the quality of the work for yourself. * Edit in response: Your claim that we did not contact you after the work was done is not true. I messaged you again on November 27th, January 2nd, and May 21st notifying you about leaks and the crumbling work from the valleys that had fallen down the roof. You can see this in one of the pictures. You responded to some of these messages promising to come out and take another look, but never did. In regards to the work done, the sand and cement mortar that was applied to the valleys fell away in May, about six months after you installed it. I notified you of this on May 21, and you said you would come to look, but never did. You invoiced us for installing the fascia board, but the previous perished board has been left on underneath. The capping fascia applied is too small, the under felt has perished, and there is no eave support tray.

  Would highly recommend. Called Will up and on the same day he came and looked at my roof and gave me a quote later that day too. Will and his team started work within a week of our initial contact and had the work done within 4 days. Very efficient and professional. Kept the garden clean and got rid of all rubbish. I got a full new roof and would definitely recommend. No complaints with the job at all.
