  PJ’s have just completed a dormer loft extension (1 bed + en-suite) for me. From the initial consultation and all the way through the communication has been excellent. We we consulted about every detail and provided with weekly updates about progress. Each of the trades on site were punctual, polite, respectful and have left us with a standard of finish that we couldn’t be happier with. The timescale of the works was hampered by some terrible weather but without that would have been roughly what was forecast. The quote was comprehensive and the only increase in the budget was at our request. I would happily recommend PJ’s ro anyone considering having work done. Thanks to Wayne, Paul and the rest of the team. You’ve done a cracking job. We are really pleased. Simon (in Liversedge)

  We had an old stone outbuilding basically rebuilt and converted into an annexe with a mezzanine floor. This involved a new roof, removal of a chimney, structural work, electrical work, insulating, plastering, joinery and installation of a shower room including boiler. PJ builders were friendly, reliable and easy to work with. They were able to adapt the plans along the way and were proactive in identifying problems and solutions. Paul oversaw the project and was able to plan and organise all the trades which was massively helpful since we had a baby halfway through the build taking our attention away. Any issues have been identified and dealt with by PJ builders quickly; for instance, the plastic protective layer on the new door wouldn’t come off, Paul has organised for the door panel to be replaced. At the end of the project the annexe was cleaned and all rubbish removed- PJ builders provided all the necessary certificates for the work. We are really happy with the quality of the work and would use them again for any future projects.

  PJ building services did a great job renovating of kitchen diner. They were in constant contact and any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and successfully. We are really pleased with how the work was completed and would certainly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
