  Zero stars the members of staff are very unfair and create problems they will make you wait for testing and fail products that work fine I’ve reported this to Cex in general. Wouldn’t waste your time better of going cash converters.

  Brilliant customer service, went to trade in my headphones and was done professional and respectful. I will definitely trust Crossgates CEX to handle any trade/sale items i have.

  So I just took my phone in he looked at the outside of the phone offered me a price after looking at scratches and scraps then said he'd test it .he then phones and says the testing went well but I can't take it cos there's a small dent at bottom,well I didn't hide the dent when he first took it off me and looked at it How then can you phone someone and say you can't take it cos of the little dent ,you should have just said no from the start and not wasted my time I actually went out of there shop and got a better deal round corner £39 more than cex offered id try the phone shop inside the centre before going here and I won't be going to this branch again I'll stick to city centre

  This store has a wide range of games for Nintendo Switch including action and fighting games, there is different Blu-Ray discs too! Bought the WWE Summerslam 2013 Blu Ray from here and also collected a parcel once on behalf of a family member, staff were competent in checking my ID and order details before providing the parcel.

  Terrible customer service and the staff do not stick to policy if you want to be extorted go for it the staff are problematic and grade items lower then sell them higher -5 stars.
