  I drove here specifically for a ps2 game. THE GETAWAY BLACK MONDAY. The wrong disk was put in the case on the first occasion. I went back twice for a replacement and they didn't work. Check your disc's please

  No-one to inspect photographic gear with knowledge in the industry. Kit has been rejected for reasons that don’t affect the function, nor show up on the image. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend selling or buying here as the staff have admitted they don’t have any experience on the field.

  Very friendly and patient staff. Was bringing in a lot of tech after a long clear out, and they gladly went over it all. Said I would have vouchers by the end of the day, amd true to their word, was all done exactly as advised.

  I visited today after having such a bad experience at a different store. Needless to say your staff went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they resolve my issue but they also did it with politeness and professionalism that exceeded anything I could have expected. Peter in particular was amazing! And I can not praise your staff highly enough. Great team of colleagues 😊🙌

  Usually a decent place. However, today asked if I could see what controllers came with a console I wanted to buy. It seemed quite the ordeal to have to do that, as they asked someone who I assume is senior or a manager figure who said no. Appreciate they would have to go into the stock room for it but didn't really expect this kind of lethargy. Makes you wonder how organised the place is if it is difficult to locate some boxes. Unfortunately lost a sale as I would've made a purchase. Shame as my other experiences have been good. Perhaps a course in customer service may be best for the senior / manager figure. Or some better organisation skills.
