  The usual CEX store. Always changing what is available. Always do you research, nearly bought a PS4 game, but I hen discovered it cheaper new.

  Store is filthy, staff move like slugs, bin overflowing. Cleaning should be a basic! Ps5 games priced higher than new. CEX is going . .......gone downhill!!

  Bought 2 ram sticks from Morley store next to Morrisons and found out they weren’t compatible so had to take them to white rose centre as I live near there guy wouldn’t give me a refund said I exceeded 2 days CEX are a rip off I think they make the rules up nothing wrong with the sticks either they even had a chance to test them also the ones in Wakefield are a waste of time took a working graphics card in there to get a voucher and said it didn’t work so I went to another store in Barnsley as I drove in there to see friends and went in the one in the alambra shopping centre and I got a voucher as they said it worked I even made a video of it working to cover my back side in case they said it didn’t they need to actually hire people that know about technology and computers cause they obviously don’t wouldn’t hire a mechanic that knows nothing about cars would you No 😫

  if i could give 0 i would. was so excited for my ps5 plugged it in as soon as i got home from an hour drive to white rose and as soon as it turned on i was disappointed. firstly it wasn’t wiped?? ridiculous that someone else’s details were on it. so anyway, i wiped it and thought it’d be fine but no after 15 MINUTES of playing my new spiderman 2 game (also bought there) the console just died? can’t get on to it and it won’t turn on, game stuck inside ps and i can’t even wipe my information off it. awful experience.

  Went in to sell a Meta Quest 3 and was told a price £222, all I had to was bring the box. Walked home and came back after fully boxed with all componants only to be told its a no go as there was scratches on the lens that apperantly two employees and the manager missed (Checked, there was zero scratches). I managed to sell them at another CEX in town just fine. I wasted my time with them lying to my face and I will never be coming to this place again.
