  This review us specifically about the Morley store and Nick. It made a refreshing change visiting the Morley store today in comparison to Dewsbury! Service was considerably faster, infinitely more helpful and way more polite! This is now my go to CEX store. Cheers Nick. Keep up the great work. Took 2 phones in to sell. One if thought was a C grade as had a nasty scratch but Nick pointed out it had a factory fitted screen protector, he removed it and became a B grade (great honesty) Saw him help people who weren't even buying/selling in store as he directed them to the best place for their needs.

  Rude abrupt, and today I had aggressive, everything negative you can think of this place is staffed by. Disgusting behaviour to be dealing with the public!!!!!

  Absolutely awful experience. The staff were rude, unhelpful and seemed more interested in making their own rules than actually helping. I took in a console under warranty because the HDMI port had become faulty. I was told I needed to buy the original controller battery pack before they would even check it, despite the controller having absolutely nothing to do with the fault. After a 26-mile round trip to do as instructed, I was then told the console was no longer covered because I had supposedly caused the damage by forcing the cable in and bending the prongs. This accusation was completely false. I took the console to another CeX store, where several members of staff inspected it and confirmed there was no damage to the prongs. They identified the actual issue as the front of the HDMI port having simply worn and come loose — clearly general wear and tear. The second store couldn't have been more helpful. They apologised for how I'd been treated and even provided a brand-new console as a goodwill gesture. It's one thing to have a bad day, but falsely accusing a polite customer of damaging their own console rather than dealing with a straightforward warranty issue is completely unacceptable. The second store demonstrated exactly how this situation should have been handled.

  From the day in which this unique little CeX store first opened within the windsor court area of morley... I myself have had the pleasure in occasionally popping in (and out) of morley cex from time to time, for whom this is where I myself have occasioanlly successfully purchased all kinds of DVDs of mostly classic film & tv comedy, even cartoon-aniamted shows as well. I still pass this captivating yet ever so appealing cex store time & time again, in both directions wherever I go... especially to pop in & out of said morley cex... with interest, on seeing whatever's available upon their shelves, This isn't the only CeX store I myself have occasionally visited, for whom I've also visited other CeX stores in dewsbury, white rose centre, leeds city centre, even to bradford, harrogate, and bridlington occasionally... whom I also recommend.

  Got told to stand in line ( aggressively) when no customer was behind us with a baby in a pram. After waiting 15 min and seeing multiple workers (5) walk up and down from behind the desk no one was bothered to survey us. I had to ask a member of staff to serve us and eventually they did. This is not how you should be treating customers, very poor.
